She is survived by: her parents, Carl Payton Boland Sr. and Viola Urquhart; her siblings, Carl Payton Boland Jr., William Randolph Boland and Betty Viola Thomas; her children, Catherine Knussmann (Scott) of Georgetown and Richard Russell "Trey" Raines III (Stephanie) of Bushwood, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Jake, Dylan, Payton, Emily, Kamryn, Reagan and Riley. She is also survived by extended family, dear friends.
