McDowney; and her siblings, Julius Turner, Catherine Turner Thompson, Allen Turner, Jr., Dorothy Turner Williams, Alfreida Turner Brown, Isaac Turner, Annabelle Turner Herbert, Gardner Turner, Learline Turner Brashears and Pearl Turner Culley.
She is survived by: her daughter Gwendolyn O'Connor of Bowie, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Cleveland H. McDowney III (Joetta), Jaywana D. McDowney, Jordan L. Bosques (Lisabell) and Alianto McDowney. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
