He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Mary Broerman (Scott) and Chris McCallister; and his grandchildren, Annalise Broerman, Karoline Broerman, Benjamin Broerman, Charlie Broerman, Anna McCallister, Lily McCallister and Kate McCallister.
Charles "Charlie or Chuck" Shue succumbed to the effects of Parkinson disease on March 23, 2025 at the age of 82.
