He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Frank B Thomas III and Marion Reich Thomas of Hancock, Maryland.; his brothers, Frank B Thomas IV, Michael P. Thomas and Dr. Ralph E. Thomas; and his brothers-in-law, Dr. Christopher H. Lane and Maxwell H. Horz, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Thomas; his daughter Angela Thomas of Annapolis, Maryland.; his siblings, Marion Lane of Waynesville, Theresa Pittman of Hancock, Maryland, Rosemarie Horz of Hancock, Maryland, Paul Thomas (Kathy) of Williamsport, Maryland and Elizabeth Woltemath (Brian) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and his sisters-in-law, Tania Thomas of Williamsport and Angie Thomas of Little Orleans, Maryland.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as numerous extended family.
