McDowney III (Joetta Renee' McDowney); her granddaughter Kennedy Hope McDowney; her brother Upton Thomas Jr.; her sisters-in-law, Sarah Thomas and Beverly Taylor; her brother Ralph Thomas Sr.; her sister-in-law Virginia Thomas; her sister Ruth Parker; and her brother-in-law Rodney Parker Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, cousins, God- daughter and lifelong friends.
