He is survived by: his father Louis Lincoln; his wife Phyllis Lincoln; his children, Andy Lincoln (Nikki Lincoln) of Annapolis Maryland, Julie Schwartzman (Jeff Schwartzman) of Virginia and Debbie Lincoln (Doug McKalip) of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Jessica Lincoln (Austin Fowler), Noah Lincoln, Lianna Lincoln, Alexa Schwartzman, Zachary Schwartzman, Brooke McKalip, Brendan McKalip, Chelsey Snyder-Singh (Roshan Singh) and Brayden Snyder; his great grandchild Olin Singh; and his sister Melinda Lincoln Richardson (Michael Richardson).
