He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit L. Frye, Sr. and Helen Durden Frye; and his brother Kermit L. Frye, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie C. Frye; his daughters, Michelle R. Overbay (Bruce) and Lori L. Breit (Curtis); and his grandchildren, Bruce Overbay, Jr. (Nicole), David Overbay, Harper Breit and Adley Breit.

Due to COVID 19 concerns, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
