She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Volney and Hattie Volney (Werner); her husband William Earl Bowen; and her brother James Volney. She is survived by: her children, Billy, Sherrye Shupp (Michael Shupp) of Queenstown and William Bowen (Kimberly Bowen) of Annapolis Maryland; her grandchildren, Jessica Shupp Hess (Brian Hess), Kelly Archung Noonan (Kyle Noonan) and Christopher Archung; and her great grandchildren, Georgia, Macailagh, Maeve Hess and Miles Noonan.
