He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Liff and Dorothy Lucille Gray Liff; his wife Barbara Ann Liff; and his children, Donna Louise Liff Walsh (James) and Timothy Eugene Liff (Carla).
He is survived by: his children, Terrence Clark Liff (Gail) and Rosemary Anne Liff Kirwin (Scott); his grandchildren, James "Jay" Walsh (Sarah), Bradley Walsh (Stephanie), Alexandra Liff Small (Patrick), Caitlin Liff Schiavo (Daniel), Keegan Liff (Shelton) and Kelsey Liff; his great grandchildren, Carter, Landon, J. R. Walsh, Dean, Blair, Henley Walsh, Clark Schiavo, Ian, Nolan Small, Cecelia Hudson and Margaret Liff; and his sister Shirley C. Frye of Hernando, FL.. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and their children.
