He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his sons, Min and Eric Harley; his godson Rodney Parker, Jr. (Rosa); his siblings, Upton Thomas, Ralph Thomas, Sr. (Virginia), Cynthia Dark and Ruth Parker (Rodney); and his sister-in-law Beverly Taylor.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Asbury Broadneck United Methodist Church (657 Broadneck Rd, Annapolis, MD 21409). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Asbury Broadneck Umc Cemetery (657 Broadneck Rd, Annapolis, MD 21409).
