He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Cook and Mary T. Cook; and his brother Michael Cook. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Wolfe; his daughter Susan Maytorena (Rick Maytorena); his granddaughters, Sofia and Alicia Maytorena; and his siblings, Eileen Alesi, Thomas Cook, Edward Cook (Kathy Dagney) and Andrew Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lasting Tributes Cremation & Funeral Care (814 Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
