He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his daughter Cathryn C. Gilmore. He is survived by: his sister Marylyn; and his children, Cathy, Rick, Jeff, Frederick A. Crow, III (Charlotte) of Davidsonville, MD, Jeffrey F. Crow (Joan) of Moseley, VA and Patrick Crow (Madrienne) of Palm City, FL. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.

There will be no visitation for Colonel Crow due to Covid-19 precautions.
