He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest, Jr. Robey and Jacqueline Robey; and his brothers, Ernest W. Robey, III and Stanley O Kerschner. He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Robey of Annapolis, Marjorie Hendricks (Rick) of Stevensville, James Robey (Mary) of Easton, MD, Kevin Robey of Annapolis, Bob Robey of Oklahoma and Linda Fraser of Idaho. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
