He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pauline Diaczok (Berbetz) and George Diaczok; his siblings, Diana, Virginia (Rapalski), Catherine and Paul; his wife Maureen Hayward; his sons, Keith, Christopher (Adrienne) and Daniel (Suzanne); and his grandchildren, Penelope, Logan, Andrew and Emily.
