He is survived by: his wife Gilda Wemple Clark; his children, Harold Melvin Clark, Jr. (Patricia), Robert Maurice Clark (Kimberly), Roberta Marie "Mimi" Clark, Ronald Leroy "Fred" Brown, Jr. and Kimberly Snowden; his caregivers, Kimberly Snowden, Ronald Leroy "Fred" Brown, Jr., Roberta Marie "Mimi" Clark, Robert Maurice Clark (Kimberly) and Harold Melvin Clark, Jr. (Patricia); his siblings-in-law, Joann Wemple of Annapolis, Stephanie Wemple of Annapolis, Larry Gordon of Fort Meade and Kevin Wemple of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Keyonna, Kellie, Amber, Chelsea, Justin, LaTierra, Aaron, Andre, Mariah, Jordan, Ronald III, Brittney and Wuanya; his great grandchildren, T'Kari, Kaiden, Mykah and Hendrix; his siblings, Hilda Mae Evans, Melinda Cheryl Coates, Vincent Todd Clark, George Alden Clark (Laura) and Donald Melvin Clark; and his sister-in-law Nancy Parker.
