He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario and Rosa Maggio; and his siblings, Joseph, Anna and Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Elizabeth Maggio (Steiner); his sons, Ross H. J. Maggio Jr. and Mark Alan Maggio; his grandchildren, Natasha Maggio, Andrea Simms (Maggio), Nicole Keller, Ian Maggio, Kaileigh (Maggio) and Lewis (Cody); his great grandchild Dominic Simms; and his daughter-in-law Laura Maggio.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Anne Arundel Medical Center Auxiliary.
