She is survived by: her siblings, Howard Andy (Judy) of New Castle, PA and Mary Costello of Nokomis, FL; her nephews, Dr. Paul (Leeann), Edward Wawrzynski (Molly), Carl (Nancy) and Mark Costello (Joyce); her niece Megan Andy Davies (Dave); her brother-in-law Paul Wawrzynski; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Maria, Adam, Abby Lee, Katie Jo, Jacob, Rachel, Meredith Wawrzynski, Mary Elizabeth, Emily, Carl Gilbert Costello, Gaven and Maelan Davies.
