She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Sangiuliano and Mollie Sangiuliano; and her brothers, John and Paul Sangiuliano. She is survived by: her children, Karen Cook (Terry), Thomas (Mary) and Mark Mykityshyn (Amy); her grandchildren, Joseph (Mary Ellen), Christopher Cook (Sarah), Matthew, Christine, Daniel, Jaclyn, Grace and Emma Mykityshyn; and her great grandchildren, Connor and Amelia Irene Cook.
