“Jackie and I met in 7th grade home room. We became fast friends and that continued all through the high school years. I have so many good memories of cotillion, school dances and slumber parties that our group of girlfriends shared. She was a dear, kind and very talented person…especially when it came to the domestic arts. Because of Jackie, I made it through home economics! I send my deepest sympathy to her wonderful family. “Please accept my sympathy on the passing of your dear Jackie. I was a classmate of hers and remember her fondly as a lovely, sweet and very kind person. We attended cotillion together and I remember (this is a small detail, but something still vivid in my memory) she wore and was beautiful in a lovely dark green strapless ball gown twirling around the dance floor. Jackie was a wonderful warm, kind and caring person and when I read her name after Susan Jeffries informed me of Jackie's death, I see her very vividly before me how she was in school, always so smiling and dear.
