He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Diana Cheek and Kelly Duffy; his grandchildren, Brendan Duffy and Elisa Duffy; his son-in-law John Moore; his stepgranddaughter Mackenzie Moore; his brother Jerry Cheek; his siblings-in-law, Barbie, Terese, Bob and Paul; and his nieces and nephews, Julie, Leslie, Kristin, Kari, Mike, Patrick, Bill and Paul.
