He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Sebro Noel and Dr. Patrick A. Noel Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Bridgett Noel; his daughter Alexandra Noel; and his siblings, Kevin, Patrick, Rosie and Charles. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
