It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Darryl Parker (Annapolis, Maryland), who passed away on October 22, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Parker and Reba I. Parker; and his sister Rhonda Kakrada. He is survived by: his sister Rita Collier; his sibling's children, Derek Hyman (Rashon), Sedinam Kakrada and Nusinyo Kakrada; his aunt Beulah Everett; his uncle Gerald Matthews (Willie); his great-nephew Jayden Hyman; and his former wife Lenna Caldwell. He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
