She is survived by: her children, Alphonso Spriggs Jr. (Lola), Kimberly Spriggs and Kevin Coates Jr.; her grandchildren, Nyonjae Spriggs, Amarien Spriggs, Nya Griswold Elijah Griswold, Iretomiwa Akinyanju and Kenzley Coates; her great grandchild Na'Kari Spriggs; her siblings, Sylvia Hill and Darrell Parton (Erlynda); her friends, Kevin Coates Sr., Raymichelle Adams-McLeod and Linda Eldridge; and her niece Marcy Hill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lasting Tributes Cremation & Funeral Care (814 Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
