She is survived by: her husband John William Garner; her daughters, Amanda Garner and Courtney Harden; her son-in-law Malcolm Harden; her grandsons, Davis Harden and Will Harden; her sisters, Dawn Moorcones and Tracey Jones-Wass; her brother-in-law Joseph Moorcones; her nieces, Kate Wood, Erin Moorcones Roy and Taylor Wass; and her nephew Brandon Wass. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lasting Tributes (814 Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kandy's honor may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake.
