He is survived by: his children, Bonnie R. Offer Tillery (Barry Tillery) and Karl S. Offer (Beatrice Muskelly); his grandchildren, Dr. Tasheka L. Green (William Z. Green Sr.), Shanise L. Spriggs (Derrick A. Spriggs), LaQuan K. Brown (Alysha), Yoshua E. Brown (Jikaela), Jamar Medley and Takia Medley; his siblings, Elaine Matthews (Robert) and Robert Offer; his siblings-in-law, Ethel Thompson, Laura Salisbury, Sheila Reid, Emily Turner, Mamie Simms, Frances Turner (Joseph), Sandy Sims, George Watkins (Josephine), Joseph Watkins (Regina), Robert Matthews (Elaine) and Joseph Turner (Frances); and his goddaughter Clementine Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; many, many cousins; extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Franklin United Methodist Church (5345 Deale Churchton Rd, Churchton, MD 20733). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at the Lakemont Memorial Gardens (900 W Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD 21035).
