He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Joseph Turner and Geneva Mundy. He is survived by: his wife June Hudson; his children, Lawrence Turner III and Donna DeCosta (Frank A. DeCosta III); and his grandchildren, Frank A. DeCosta IV, Wesley L. DeCosta, Lawrence J. Turner IV and Tawanna S. Turner. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
