Leila Holstein Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Leila Holstein of Annapolis, Maryland. Leila, born on January 19, 1929 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Bernard Roth and Dudley Holstein; her son Richard Roth; and her parents, Yetta Hirsch and Samuel Trubin.

She is survived by: her children, Valerie Roth (Ian Bacon) and Mitchel Roth (Ines Papandrea); her sister Debby Chep; her grandchildren, Kevin Nunez, Brian Nunez (Silva), David Roth (Brittany), Russell Roth and Eric Roth; and her great grandchild Savannah Roth. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, as well as several step-children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren from her second marriage.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Kneseth Israel Cemetery (101 Defense Hwy, Annapolis, MD 21401).
