She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Blake and Nettie Blake; her children, Doris, Howard and Ronnie; and her granddaughter Velvet.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Chantel; her sons, Alexander (Linda), Clarence and Dwight; and her nieces, Clarice Jones and Shirley Mullen. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
