She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Phillips and Ruth Phillips; and her brother John Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Thomas F. Chance; her son Stephen T. Chance (Caroline Casagrande) of Middletown, NJ; and her grandchildren, Harrison, Theodore Chance and Margot Chance.
