It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Honora Wohlgemuth of Annapolis, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Joseph Whelan, Jr.; her husband George Francis Wohlgemuth; her brother James Joseph Whelan, III; her daughter Mary Patricia Herse; and her son-in-law John Cassin Sutor.

She is survived by: her children, George F. Wohlgemuth, Jr. of Lincoln, NH, James Wohlgemuth (Caroline) of Washington, DC, Margaret Wohlgemuth (Peggy) of Severn, Daniel Wohlgemuth (Leigh Kettanah) of Hollis, NH, Honora Sutor (Norie) of Annapolis and Mary Katharine Devitt (Larry) of Annapolis. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
