She was predeceased by: her parents, Rachel Hall (Brown) and Phillip T. Hall; her husband Russell I. Pinckney, Sr.; and her brothers, Phillip Hall, James Hall, Sr., Authur Eugene Hall and Clarence Hall.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rachel Fisher-Boston and William T. Hall; her sons, Russell I. Pinckney, Jr., Raymond Hall Pinckney and Rodell Hall Pinckney; and her grandchildren, Ryan Isaiah Pinckney, Roman Pinckney, Giovanni Pinckney, Madison Pinckney, Paetyn Pinckney, Journee Pinckney and Loewyn Pinckney. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
