He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his daughter Jackie (family: Sam, Mikey, Hannah Weisman); his stepson David (family: Rachel, Mollie, Marcie Barry); his siblings-in-law, Ken Smart, Cathy Biess and Linda Smart; his niece Bonnie Biess; and his nephew Bob Linkins.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A committal service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the MD Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery (6827 E New Market Ellwood Rd, Hurlock, MD 21643). A reception will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Market Street Public House (200 Market St, Denton, MD 21629).
