He is survived by: his wife Sylvia M. Belt; his children, Marvin O. Belt (Gheri), Sandra L. Belt (Marlon) and Timothy N. Belt (April); his sisters, Ruth Belt, Shirley Belt and Martha Ann Belt (Harris); his grandchildren, Angela, Katya, Myeshia, Terra, Marvin III, Terrika, Tiana, Julian, William, Kamren and Benjamin; and his great grandchild Amani.
