He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Ervin; his children, Patrick "Riley" of Annapolis, Anna of Annapolis and Taylor Ervin of Annapolis; his brothers, Frank of Annapolis, Tom of Annapolis and Edward Ervin of Annapolis; and his mother Margaret Ervin of Annapolis.
