He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wilbur Lish and Helene Lish (Hreha); and his brother Robert John Lish. He is survived by: his children, Helena Mae Cirillo (Nicholas IV), Jessie Rose Morgan (Daniel IV) and André Jameson Lish (Samantha); his grandchildren, Aiden Ryan West, Landon Lee West, Nicholas Christopher Cirillo V (Helena), Daniel Treadwell Walden Morgan V, Jack Richard Morgan (Jessie), Avery Danielle Lish and Evan Christopher Lish (André); his sister-in-law Valerie Lish; his nephew Robert Lish (Kat) of Steamboat Springs, CO; his close friend Carolyn Neumann; and his caregiver Ternerra Finch.
