He is survived by: his wife Annie Moulden; his sons, Richard and Darrell Moulden; his sister Rachel Bean; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Bean, Fredric, Theon Franklin and Rosita Evans; his nieces, Michele Stewart, Tareria Davis and Chemekki McConnell; his nephew Cecil William Martin of Annapolis; and his stepchildren, Shavonne Dennis, Fredrica, Thomas, Taneaka and Nathanial Gross. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
