It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Walsh in Annapolis, Maryland, born in Glendale, California, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, RAdm Harvey T. Walsh and Dorothy Walsh of Annapolis; his wife Joan (Shaddinger); his daughters, Susan Thomson (Jeffrey) and Jane Beck (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Randi Lepre (Patrick), Phillip Beck (Taylor), Jessica Brown (Daniel), Luke Thomson, Jacob Beck, Emma Thomson and Joseph Beck. He was also cherished by six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake or Calvary United Methodist in Annapolis where he was a member.
