We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2024, at the age of 86, Rita C. Dowling of Annapolis, Maryland, born in Norwalk, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Dr. John A. Dowling; her brothers, Dr. Paul J. Cannon and Kerry J. Cannon; and her son Thomas Matthew Dowling. She is survived by : her children, David (Jovanny), Sean (Wendy), Anne Auer (Matthew) and Elizabeth Hale (late Christopher); and her grandchildren, Hayley, Eric, John, Emma, Madison and Michael.
