He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Arthur Bartlett and Mary Alice Bartlett; Henry Arthur, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his son Robert Arthur; his daughter-in-law Mariane; his grandson Lucas of Germantown, MD; his sisters, Rosemary Epperly (Mason) of Winston-Salem, NC and Alison Davis of Silver Spring; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Epperly McIvain, Corinne Epperly Piddington, Joseph Davis, Ricky Davis, Zach Davsi and Allen Reneau. He is also survived by thirteen cousins.
