He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Ragan and Mabel Pearce Ragan; and his wife Gail. He is survived by: his son Mark Ragan; his daughter-in-law Beth Simmons of Edgewater, MD; his children, Bruce Ragan and Kathy Childs of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Rachel and Gabe of Colorado. He is also survived by two great granddaughters, and wonderful nieces and nephews.
