Manning and Dr. Virginia M. Manning; and her siblings, Dr. Deborah A. Manning-Mathews, Sheila D. Mobley and George E. Manning.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at 9500 Riggs Rd, Adelphi, MD 20783.
