He was predeceased by: his son Taylin Offer; his grandfathers, Wayne Offer Sr. and Thomas B. Crowner; his aunt Wendy Ann Baden; and his cousin Emark Galloway.
He is survived by: his parents, Thomasine Crowner and Wayne Offer Jr. On; his siblings, Sherrell Crowner, Quaniece Green, John Dorsey Jr. and Keith Williams Jr.; his grandmothers, Helen Crowner and Carolyn Williams-Pope; his aunts and uncles, Stephanie Johnson-Herndon, Cynthia, Florence, Patricia Crowner, Karl A. Phelps (Patricia) and Langston De'Sheilds Jr.; his cousins, Melissa Crowner and Kiva Henderson; and his close friends, Myron Hunt, Marlo Brown and Samir Footman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins, and friends.
