He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley Steele; and his son Thomas Hadley Billings II. He is survived by: his wife Ona Truax Billings; his daughters, Kimberly Billings Andrews (Steve R. Andrews) and Robin Billings Mickle (William Y. Mickle II); his brother Robert A. Billings (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Daniel Andrews (Leah), Timothy Andrews (Meghan), Nicholas Andrews (Torri), William Mickle (Daniela), Anne O'Doherty (Patrick) and David Mickle (Victoria); and his great grandchildren, Jace, Weston, Everett, Penelope, Kailyn, Declan, Jack, Peyton, Keonna, Parker, Logan and Hadley. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
