He is survived by: his children, Lamont Offer and Dietra Offer; his grandchildren, Cedrick Cradle, Dewayne Offer Jr., Darius Offer and Devin Offer; his brother Michael Offer; his aunts, Clarissa Booze and Estella Curtis; his sibling's children, Zalika Booth, Yolanda Booth, Donyell Matthews, Cambrell Hodges and Michael Matthews; his cousins, Debbie Brown, Bobbie Wilkins, Roxanne McGowan, Donna Hill and Wayne Offer; and his close friends, Barbara Joyce-Smith and Michael Watts. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, in-person participation for the Funeral Service at Reese and Sons Mortuary will be limited to a certain number of people and mask must be worn at all times.
