Colbert, Sr.; her children, Shelly Jones (Ronnie) of Annapolis, Shannon Colbert of Annapolis, Phillip II Colbert (Ingrid) of Annapolis and Deon Colbert of Annapolis; her grandchildren, Lakeshia Wesby of Glen Burnie, Chantell Colbert of Baltimore, Phillip Colbert III and Vernon Johnson Jr. of Annapolis; her great grandchildren, Zyaire Colbert-Jones, Vernon Johnson III and Vanity Johnson; her sister Dorothy Colbert (Furman) of Annapolis; her nieces, Shari Offer of Annapolis and Jackie Houston of New York; her siblings-in-law, Richard Colbert (late Jean) of Glenarden, Leander Colbert (Brenda) of Riva and Lynea Redman (Donald) of Chestertown; and her friends, Henrietta Alford, Janet Tard, Shirley Russ and Emma Makell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
