He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patricia Proctor and Venicent Blair (Priscilla); his significant other Sileka Pindell; his daughters, Skylar Blair and Sierra Evans; his granddaughter Arionna Wallace (Puddin Pie); his brother Vincent Blair; his grandparents, Evelyn Proctor and James Alonzo Proctor (Colby); his son Jamari Hickman (Bird); and his grandparents, Joseph Blair Sr. and Sarah Blair. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews, and devoted friends.
