He is survived by: his wife Ann-Marie Neal; his siblings, Kenneth Neal and Rosann Olson; and his children, Kim Neal, Alan Neal and Verity-Ann Britton. He is also survived by two granddaughters and four great-grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Et Lasting Tributes Cremation & Funeral Care (814 Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lasting Tributes (814 Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401).
