It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Westley Keith Daniel Allen Kerner (Annapolis, Maryland), who passed away on August 10, 2020, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Allen Westley Kerner and Elease Smith; his great-grandparent Edmund Charles DeVeaux; his grandfather Larry Garrett; his great-grandparent Eleanor Smalls; and his uncle Darryl Ramsuer.

He is survived by: his parents, Keith Kerner and Saprena Kerner (Smalls); his sisters, Sarena Little and Sareta Partlow (Tyler); his nieces and nephews, Isaiah Miller, Quincy, Lorenzo Partlow, Somiya and Adrienne Partlow; his grandmother Alzora Smalls; his aunts and uncles, Jemotte "Champ" Smalls, Paul E Kerner, Roschel Davis and Carmel Kerner; and his cousins, Zaria Brown and Paul. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, many family members and friends.
