He is survived by: his wife Donna Crouse (Burrows); his children, Stephanie Crouse and Matthew Crouse (Stacy); his brother Donald Crouse (Carmella); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Jester (Thomas), Nancy Vassallo (Daniel), Sue Burrows, Sandy Jansson, Philip Burrows (Nancy) and James Chestnut; and his grandchildren, Oliver, Hannah, Eliza, Pierce Geib and Seth Doyal (Brooke).
