It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Russell Curtis in Annapolis, Maryland, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H Curtis Sr. and Dolores Iantha Penifield Curtis; and his brothers, Walt and Armand Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Curtis (McCarty); his children, Rusty Curtis (Wanda) of Louisville, KY, Ron Curtis of Kalaheo, HI and Rhonda Bazey (Larry) of The Villages, FL; his grandchildren, Cori and Alli (Jason); his stepgrandchildren, Ashley (Mike) and James (Anna); and his brothers, Ted and Ray Curtis.
